What TinyDesk AI Lab collects to make your video, who processes it, and when it is deleted — uploaded photos are deleted automatically within 30 days.

TinyDesk AI Lab (tinydeskailab.com, “we”) makes short AI parody videos from photos you upload. This page explains what we collect to do that, who handles it, and when it is deleted. Questions: support@tinydeskailab.com.
What we collect
- Account: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
- Photos you upload: the photo for each seat you fill, used only to make your video.
- Your videos: the finished videos, so you can come back and download them, and any re-render or refund request you make about them.
- Payments: Stripe handles checkout. We receive your email, what you bought and the amount — never your full card number.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and request logs from our hosting provider, kept to run, secure and debug the service, and basic privacy-friendly analytics.
How we use it
- To render your video and keep it in My Videos.
- To run your account, credit balance, purchases, re-renders and refunds.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms.
- To answer you when you write to us.
We don’t sell your data, use your photos for advertising, or use your photos or videos to train AI models.

To render a video, your photos are stored under long, unguessable links that the video provider can fetch. Anyone with an exact link could open that file until it is deleted, so don’t share those links.

Your choices
Email us to get a copy of your data, delete specific photos or videos, or close your account; you can also delete your account from Settings. We reply within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU or UK under GDPR, or California under the CCPA), you may have further rights to access, correct, export or delete your data or object to processing — the same email works for all of them.
Photos of other people
Only upload photos of adults who agreed to appear in a parody. If you find a video of yourself made here that you didn’t agree to, email us with the link and we’ll remove it — no legal notice needed. See DMCA.
Adults only
TinyDesk AI Lab is for people 18 and older. Don’t use it if you’re under 18, and don’t upload photos of anyone under 18. If we learn a photo shows a minor, we delete it and the video.

Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top; significant changes are announced on the site or by email.
