What the template is
The template is the last 19.06 seconds of the vertical cut that went viral on TikTok in October 2026: 720×1280, 24 frames a second, five shots, with The Gap Band’s “Outstanding” as performed live by Charlie Wilson.
We don’t generate a new performance. We start from that clip, replace the people only in the shots where the seats you filled appear, keep everything else frame for frame, and put the original audio back on top. That’s why the cuts, the moves and the laugh land exactly where people expect them.
The five shots
1. Lead close-up — 0:00 to 0:01.4
The singer at the front mic, close up, for a second and a half. On screen: Lead.

2. The band — 0:01.4 to 0:06.7
The camera pulls back to the desk: two backing singers in headsets and the keyboard player. On screen: Back left, Back right, Keys.

3. The laugh — 0:06.7 to 0:13.0
The shot everyone remembers: six seconds on the lead, breaking into a huge laugh mid-song. On screen: Lead.

4. Sax solo — 0:13.0 to 0:16.4
The sax player steps in for the solo, with the keys player half in frame. On screen: Sax, Keys (partly).

5. Finale — 0:16.4 to 0:19.1
Back to the desk as the band sings it out. On screen: Back left, Back right, Keys.

The five seats
| Seat | Who it is in the original clip | Shots | Time on screen |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead | The man in the red cap at the front mic | 1, 3 | ~7.7 s |
| Back left | Backing singer, white polo, headset | 2, 5 | ~8.0 s |
| Back right | Backing singer, glasses, red jacket, headset | 2, 5 | ~8.0 s |
| Keys | Keyboard player, white cap, headset | 2, 4 (partly), 5 | ~8–11 s |
| Sax | Saxophone player, navy hoodie | 4 | ~3.4 s |
A seat you leave empty keeps its original performer, so a solo video still has the whole band behind you.
Casting ideas
- The losing coach on lead, the coordinators in the back row, the quarterback on sax.
- The birthday person on lead and four friends around them.
- Your boss on lead — with their OK — and the team in the band.
Why 1 to 5 people cost the same
One video is $9.99 whether you fill one seat or all five. Changing more seats costs us more to render, but splitting the price by seat would make the full band — the version that’s most fun — the most expensive one. So we price the video, not the people.
| Pack | Price | Per video |
|---|---|---|
| 1 video | $9.99 | $9.99 |
| 3 videos | $24.99 | $8.33 |
| 10 videos | $59.99 | $6.00 |
One-time payment, no subscription, credits don’t expire. A failed render gives its credit back automatically.
