How credits, failed renders and refunds work at TinyDesk AI Lab.

Failed renders are refunded automatically
If a video fails to generate or times out, the credits you spent are returned to your balance automatically — no request needed. You’ll see the video marked “Failed · refunded” in My Videos.
Unused credit packs
If you change your mind, email support@tinydeskailab.com within 14 days of purchase. If none of the credits from that pack have been used, we’ll refund the payment to your original payment method.
Used credits
Credits spent on videos that rendered successfully can’t be refunded, because the AI rendering cost has already been incurred. If a finished video is clearly broken (for example corrupted or blank), contact us with the video and we’ll review it and may restore the credits.
Good to know
- Credits never expire, so there’s no rush to use them.
- There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
- Refunds are processed through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
