Privacy Policy
How TinyDesk AI Lab collects, uses, stores and deletes your photos, videos and account data.

TinyDesk AI Lab (“we”, “us”) operates tinydeskailab.com, a tool that turns photos into short AI-generated desk-concert videos. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with and the choices you have. Questions: support@tinydeskailab.com.
What we collect
- Account data — your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google or email.
- Photos you upload — the 1–5 images you provide for a video, plus the roles, style and optional direction you choose.
- Generated videos — the clips our video provider renders for you.
- Purchase data — which credit packs you bought and your credit history. Card details are handled by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Technical data — basic logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) needed to run, secure and debug the service, and privacy-friendly analytics.
How we use it
- To render your videos and show them in My Videos.
- To manage your account, credit balance, purchases and automatic refunds for failed renders.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms of Service.
- To answer support requests.
We do not sell your data, use your photos for advertising, or use your photos or videos to train AI models.
Who we share it with
We share data only with providers that help us run the service:

To render a video, your uploaded photos are stored under long, unguessable links that the video provider can fetch. Anyone who has an exact link could open that file, so please don’t share links you want to keep private.
How long we keep it
- Uploaded photos are deleted automatically within 30 days of upload.
- Generated videos stay in your account until you delete them or ask us to delete them.
- You can ask us to delete specific photos or videos, or your whole account, at any time by emailing support@tinydeskailab.com. You can also delete your account from Settings.
- Purchase records are kept as long as required for tax and accounting.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK under GDPR, or California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data and to object to certain processing. Email us and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Photos of other people
You may only upload photos of people who have agreed to appear in a video. If someone has uploaded a photo of you without permission, email us with the details and we’ll remove it promptly.
Children
TinyDesk AI Lab is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 where required by local law), and they may not create accounts.

We’ll update this page when our practices change and adjust the date above. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
