How to ask TinyDesk AI Lab to remove content — copyright notices, videos of you made without your consent, and counter-notices.

Last updated: October 31, 2026

TinyDesk AI Lab is an independent parody tool. If you own rights in something used here, or you appear in a video you didn’t agree to, tell us and we’ll take it down.

Videos of you

If you appear in a video made here without your agreement, email support@tinydeskailab.com with the video link and the subject “Remove my likeness”. You don’t need to send a legal notice or prove anything beyond that it’s you. We remove the video, usually within 1 business day, and stop the account that made it from re-rendering it.

Send a notice to support@tinydeskailab.com with the subject “DMCA”, including:

  1. The copyrighted work you own, and where it appears on TinyDesk AI Lab (links help).
  2. Your name, postal address, phone number and email.
  3. A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn’t authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

We act on complete notices within 2 business days, remove or disable the content, and tell the account holder.

Counter-notices

If your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, reply with a counter-notice that includes:

  1. What was removed and where it was before.
  2. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  3. Your name, address and phone number, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, outside the US, any judicial district where we may be found), and that you’ll accept service from the person who sent the notice.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

We forward it to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10–14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the content.

Repeat infringers

We close accounts that repeatedly upload content they don’t have the right to use, or that keep making videos of people who have asked to be removed.
